How old are you?

Between battling a head cold and enjoying the wonderful weather, I have neglected my posts.  But today, I found something post worthy.  I have been hunting for new sites and exploring new blogs (thanks to Google Reader who makes them so readily available) and I came across www.chicandyoushallfind.com.  It's all vintage all the time.  These are a size 7 and not even close to my size, would hardly fit my toes, but nonetheless are awesome. Plus, they look incredibly comfy.

A Dilly Dolly Day

I would like to be this girl today -- dancing in the fields instead of sitting at my desk.  This dress by Tulle can be found at ModCloth for a reasonable $67.99.  It's girly and structured, simple and adorable.  The tights and bangs take the ensemble to the next level for me.  Granted, if I were prancing through this field, my dance would not look quite as dainty.

Summer Staples

I have a rule: never spend more than $20 on sunglasses.  I have this rule for two reasons.  One, I treat my shades horribly and they normally don't last longer than a season.  Two, I like to scatter a variety in my car, handbags, and house and choose based on my mood.  These Urban Outfitter's shades are a perfect match -- at only $10, they are cheap and sturdy enough to hold their own against whatever else happens to be in my bag.

California Casual

After spending a weekend in California where the sunshine seems to never end, I am aching for mother nature to bring some to the east coast.  As the weathermen were warning North Carolinians of snow to come, I watched three girls hop on bikes with bathing suits to head to the beach.  I almost pushed one over out of pure jealousy.  Instead of resulting to violence, I began shopping for a bathing suit so I'm fully prepared when summer hits.  At a steep $128 each, I don't believe I'll be giving Anthropologie my business for this Heidi Klein bikini.  However, I will be on the lookout for a look-alike.
